About us
With over 25 years of cooking experience: I create dishes that are infused with flavors drawing from my Caribbean roots. I cater for private parties and gatherings with up to 40* guests. I have created wedding, birthday and anniversary cakes. I also make favors for birthdays, weddings, graduations and all of your special events. All of my delicious creations are prepared in small batches to maintain an authentic gourmet taste.
